This page explains what you can and cannot do with templates you download from Templateza. It applies together with our Terms and Conditions. If a template page or an included licence file says something different, that product-specific licence applies to that template.
1. The Templateza Standard Licence
When you download a template with an active subscription, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use and customise it for your own personal or business purposes.
2. What You Can Do
- Edit and customise the template: change text, colours, images, fonts and layout.
- Use the finished design for your own business, brand, events, presentations, documents, print materials and social media.
- Print the finished design as many times as you need.
- Use a template to create a finished design for a client as part of your work, provided the client receives only the finished design and not the editable template files.
- Keep using finished designs you created while your subscription was active.
3. What You Cannot Do
- Resell, share or give away the original or editable template files, even if you have modified them.
- Upload the files to marketplaces, file-sharing sites or public repositories.
- Share your account, download links or downloaded files with others.
- Include our templates in another template, theme, kit or product that others can download or edit.
- Use a template as part of a logo or trademark registration.
- Claim that you created the original template.
4. Third-Party Fonts, Images and Assets
Some templates use fonts, images, icons or other assets owned by third parties. Where these are not included in the download, we tell you where to get them on the template page or in the help file. These assets remain subject to their own licence terms, so please check them before commercial use.
5. After Your Subscription Ends
If you cancel or your subscription ends, you can no longer download templates. You may continue to use finished designs you created while your subscription was active, under this licence. To start a new project with a template after your subscription has ended, you will need an active plan.
6. Breaches of This Licence
If you use a template in a way this licence does not allow, we may suspend or close your account and take other action permitted by law.
